    He is right ! Every since I started using kettle bells in February changed my life. I grew up thinking I had bad knees, they gave me a hard time in high school. My knees feel great after using KB. No more back pain or neck pain. Wish I knew about this while in high school, I would have been a BEAST ! Stay strong 💪🏿

    Just started doing your squatting exercises I only could handle 4 exercises 4 sets each , I could only handle 5-6 reps all 4 sets each , I was smashed, I parked up all night eating and drinking alot of water n electrolytes. I also had to catch my breath after reps through all sets reps to 6 reps was all i can handle for now , this entire week I'm learning kettlebell workouts these ain't easy the stability balance takes me sometime to.adjust so I'm dedicating time and effort to these movements I changed weights on each sets bro tuff g, I struggled so ye thats me man gone get stronger

    I usually do calf raises barefoot at home. I noticed my right foot rolls outward on raises. Would never have noticed or corrected that while wearing shoes. It's an on going process of correcting my foot posture.

    Thanks. Can you please make a video of the workout in tech radar? I have been doing that workout a couple of times per week, with a 15 lb kettlebell. That is what I can handle. 68 yr old man.

    My wife thinks i have too many shoes. Gonna show her this vid and be like look this is just what happens when you train / play sports! What you think about shoes/lifters like the Tyr's with their wide toe boxes ? Im a taller lifer and find the heel really helps my knees and hips with squats - also I do olympic lifting often so like to have the muscle memory in them. p.s dayum those magna lites are expensive

      @@Everygotdamndre well, back then in Europe (Austria) we used everything in the gym, no one every watched out! In Brazil the same, people do what they want... pretty messy...but hey, since we train at home, we do not need to worry 🙂 (except you, visitting the gyms also)

      You can do it bro. change to a job that values your skills more. If you're putting in 12 hour days 6 days a week... you have a lot of reps under your belt. If you're afraid of changing jobs, just ask yourself. Is conquering that fear worth living the life you wish you had?

      you still need to train for what you want. just because something is considered cardio, doesn't mean it's beneficial to what you're looking for. be a lot more efficient to run if you want to improve speed or running endurance than it is to try and achieve that through swimming.
